HÉLEUN US Independent Station Shipping Policy
Welcome to HÉLEUN Independent Station (hereinafter referred to as "we"). These terms are intended to clarify the logistics service rules and refund policies we provide to users in the United States, so as to protect your shopping rights and interests. Please read carefully before placing an order. Once you place an order, it shall be deemed that you have understood and agreed to all the contents of these terms.
Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Scope
We only provide delivery services to the contiguous United States (including the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia). Currently, Hawaii and Alaska are not supported. At the same time, we do not cover U.S. overseas territories, PO Boxes (Post Office Boxes) and APO/FPO (military addresses). Orders placed with such addresses will be regarded as invalid orders, and we will take the initiative to contact you to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
1.2 Order Processing & Delivery Time
After an order is submitted, we will complete review, packaging and shipping within 1-2 business days (business days exclude U.S. federal holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). Once the package is shipped, we will send you an email containing a logistics tracking number, through which you can query the real-time logistics status of the package.
Delivery time varies according to the receiving area: the standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, and the delivery time for remote areas (such as some rural areas and remote towns) may be extended by 2-3 business days, subject to the actual delivery situation of the logistics carrier.
1.3 Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Rules
U.S. domestic orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping; for orders under $75, a standard shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged uniformly. If there are promotional activities (such as limited-time free shipping, shipping fee reduction), subject to the instructions on the current activity page, and the activity discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other shipping fee benefits.
1.4 Abnormal Package Handling
1. Lost/Damaged Packages: Within 48 hours of signing for the package, if you find that the package is lost, the product is damaged or missing, please contact our customer service in a timely manner, providing the order number, photos of the damaged product/logistics lost package certificate. After verification, we will re-send the corresponding product for free or fully refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees, except for quality issues).
2. Incorrect Address/Unclaimed: If the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, or multiple unclaimed attempts, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee if you need to re-send; if you choose to cancel the order, we will deduct the incurred shipping fee and refund the remaining order amount.
3. Force Majeure Delay: We shall not be liable for compensation for delivery delays caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, logistics strikes, and customs control, but we will continue to follow up the logistics status and timely update you on the latest progress.
1.5 Tariffs & Taxes
The price of U.S. domestic orders already includes sales tax corresponding to the receiving state (calculated according to the local state tax rate). You do not need to pay additional import tariffs, consumption taxes or other taxes when placing an order, as all fees are included in the order amount.

1. If you have any questions about logistics or refunds, you can consult through the "Contact Us" page on the independent station or the customer service email, and we will reply to your inquiry within 2 business days.
2. We have the right to adjust these terms according to changes in U.S. logistics policies, market changes, etc. The adjusted terms will be posted on the homepage of the independent station and will take effect 3 business days after the posting. If you continue to place orders, it shall be deemed that you agree to the adjusted terms.
3. These terms only apply to orders placed on HÉLEUN US Independent Station. If you purchase our products through other channels (such as third-party platforms), the logistics and refund rules of the corresponding channel shall apply.
